The path leading straight swings to the right shortly and ends at a small roadside clearing on Dog Valley Road in a little over a quarter mile from this junction. The trail turning left is labeled by the sign in the image as leading to "Captain Roberts Boat Ramp" and goes on for 0.7 miles from this junction before it ends at the shoreline of Stampede Reservoir.
